Introduction

(A) Product introduction

This product is made of polytetrafluoroethylene and polymer binder as main materials, and mixed with high efficiency curing agent, film forming agent, etc. It has excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance, lubrication and high adhesion. It can be applied to the surface of alloy aluminum, alloy copper, stainless steel, iron and other base materials. The coating film has the functions of temperature resistance, wear resistance, lubrication and self repair of micro pits.

Curing temperature: normal temperature or 80 ¡ã C for 20min

Temperature resistance of coating: 200 ¡ã C

Paint type: solvent type

Diluent: special mixed solvent

It is applied to the surface of alloy aluminum, alloy copper, stainless steel, iron and other base materials.

Ambient temperature: minimum 10 ¡æ

Construction method: brush coating, roller coating, air spraying.

(F) Operation guidance

1. Substrate surface treatment

(1) Degreasing: the oil stain on the workpiece surface and the gap must be removed.

(2) The substrate needs to be sandblasted (using about 100 mesh quartz sand), and the surface roughness should reach 40-60 microns.

(3) Use compressed air to blow away sand and dust on the surface of the substrate. If it is necessary to soak or clean with solvent, the surface liquid must be air dried or dried.

(4) Put the workpiece into the oven for preheating, control the temperature at 40~60 ¡ã C, and keep it warm for more than 20 minutes for spraying.

2. Spraying equipment Before using the spraying equipment, it is necessary to thoroughly clean relevant equipment, such as spray guns, spray pots or paint cans. The recommended cleaning process is as follows:

(1) Thoroughly clean the equipment with the thinner matching the original paint to remove the residual paint and residue inside.

(2) Use special thinner or other soluble solvent to clean the equipment repeatedly (cleaning for more than 2 cycles).

3. Preparation of paint

(1) Dispersion: Before using the coating, stir for 5-10 minutes, add appropriate diluent as the case may be, and then test its viscosity to make the coating liquid disperse evenly.

(2) Filtration: The paint entering the watering can must be filtered with 100 # filter screen to remove the solids that may be mixed in, so as to avoid blocking the gun or forming particles on the surface of the workpiece.

(3) The paint shall be adjusted when it is used. The prepared paint shall be used up at one time during construction.

4. The spray gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.0~1.5mm is selected for coating spraying. The spraying pressure is 2~0.3MPa (2~3kgf/cm2). During spraying, the distance between the nozzle and the substrate is controlled to be 15~30cm.

5. Drying and curing Dry and cure at room temperature for 96 hours or heat preservation at 30~60 ¡ã C for 20 minutes, and heat preservation at 80 ¡ã C for 30 minutes.

6. Cooling mode After the film of the workpiece is solidified, it can be cooled by furnace cooling or air cooling. Please note that the uncooled film is in a soft film state, not easy to touch and collide, and does not have the said properties.

(G) Precautions

1. The workplace must be well ventilated.

2. During the use of the coating, the container containing the coating shall be covered with a lid and sealed for use and storage.

3. This product may be unstable when the temperature changes. Please store the product at 5-30 ¡æ, and gently stir or shake the product at 20-30 ¡æ regularly (about 1 month) to prevent sedimentation and condensation.

4. During normal spraying and back spraying, the surface of the workpiece must be sprayed and wetted without drying.

(H) Storage conditions

1. Avoid direct sunlight under the temperature of 5~30 ¡æ, and the shelf life is 6 months (unopened).

2. Package specification: 1kg, 5kg.

(I) Waste discharge

1. It is recommended to use thinner to clean the spray gun, spray irrigation and equipment. The washed thinner can be filtered and stored for use when the paint viscosity is adjusted next time.

2. Do not discharge the paint and its cleaning residue into the waste water system, but store it in a specific container and treat it professionally according to local and national environmental protection laws and regulations.

(J) Emergency treatment

1. In case of leakage or spillage, wash it with plenty of water.

2. If the product accidentally gets into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention immediately if you feel pain.

3. If this product comes into contact with skin, please wash it with water and soap. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.

4. If you feel uncomfortable after inhaling spray, immediately transfer to a fresh air place and seek medical advice.
